Ben jij een ervaren operator die graag de touwtjes in handen neemt? Dan hebben wij dé uitdaging voor jou! Als Operator bij Sensus zorg jij ervoor dat onze inulinepoeders perfect van de band rollen - dag in, dag uit.

Wat is inuline? Inuline is een natuurlijke vezel die wordt gewonnen uit chicoreiwortel en wordt gebruikt als gezond ingrediënt in voedingsproducten. Door sproeidrogen maken wij er hoogwaardige poeders van die over de hele wereld worden gebruikt.

Jouw rol als Operator

Jij bent de spil in ons productieproces. Met jouw ervaring en oog voor detail zorg je ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt:

Dit ga je doen:

• Jij draait de installatie - Van A tot Z regel jij het hele productieproces volgens de richtlijnen
• Jij houdt alles in de gaten - Equipment checken, proces monitoren en ervoor zorgen dat de kwaliteit en kwantiteit kloppen
• Jij bent de specialist - Analyses uitvoeren, resultaten interpreteren en waar nodig bijsturen
• Jij lost het op - Kleine storingen pak je zelf aan en bij grotere problemen ondersteun je de storingsdienst
• Jij werkt preventief - Onderhoud uitvoeren zodat er minder storingen optreden
• Jij bent het aanspreekpunt - Collega's in je ploeg kunnen op je rekenen voor advies en begeleiding
• Jij houdt bij wat belangrijk is - Alle relevante procesgegevens registreer je netjes in de systemen

Wat neem je mee?

Herken jij jezelf hierin?

• Je hebt een MBO 3 / 4-diploma in procestechniek Vapro B / C / AOT of levensmiddelentechnologie
• Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar ervaring als operator in de procesindustrie
• Sproeidrogen ken je bij voorkeur al (maar we leren je dit ook graag!)
• Je bent goed in het oplossen van problemen en mist geen detail
• Je werkt even goed zelfstandig als in teamverband
• Een VCA(-VOL) diploma heb je bij voorkeur al op zak

• Het eerste gesprek

  In het eerste gesprek kom je in contact met jouw mogelijk toekomstige manager en uiteraard is er iemand van HR aanwezig om je als persoon wat beter te leren kennen.

• Assessment

  Mogelijk is een assessment onderdeel van de procedure. Hierin wordt er gekeken hoe je met bepaalde praktijksituaties om zou gaan. Vaak kan het assessment vanuit huis worden gemaakt, soms rond je deze voor aanvang van het 2e gesprek op locatie af.

• Het tweede gesprek

  Wat goed je bent nog in de procedure! Tijdens dit gesprek gaan we nog wat dieper op de zaken in. Daarnaast willen ook deze personen je nog wat beter leren kennen, zodat we zeker weten dat we een mooie match hebben.

Het begint allemaal met een goede motivatie. Een specifieke achtergrond is niet nodig. Tijdens de intake testen we je leervermogen. Daarnaast herken je jezelf in de volgende punten:

• je bent fulltime beschikbaar in ploegendienst
• je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B en een auto
• je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed in woord en geschrift

wat ga je doen
Als leerling operator ben je vanaf dag één onmisbaar. Je leert machines bedienen en bewaakt het proces. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt, van grondstof tot eindproduct. Je leert stapsgewijs hoe het gemaakt wordt.

Jouw takenpakket is lekker afwisselend. Je bouwt machines op, doet kwaliteitscontroles en lost kleine storingen zelf op. Jij bent 'de mens achter de machine'. Heb je even niks te doen? Goed teken! Dan loopt de lijn perfect. Omdat de productie continu doorgaat, werk je meestal in ploegendiensten (vaak 2, 3 of 5 ploegen).

Het traject duurt ongeveer 2 jaar. Je gaat meestal 1 dag per week naar school en werkt 4 dagen in de praktijk. Met de theorie ben je gemiddeld 10 tot 15 uur per week bezig.

• Operator A: Je leert de basis van productie. Je bewaakt de lijn, stuurt bij en lost kleine storingen op.
• Operator B: Je gaat een stap verder. Je krijgt de zorg over complexere taken en leert machines omstellen voor verschillende producten.

What will you do

Where will you work

At K + N, everything that has not been sold is processed in the supermarket. We work with the principle of recycling as much as possible.

Activities:
Trucks deliver large bags with empty bottles and cans, with a deposit on them. (These are the bottles that customers return in shops, clubs, canteens, etc.) These bags must be removed from the trucks, most colleagues drag them across the floor.
In general, one (if suitable) is trained as a counting operator: He/she is responsible for the machine where the bottles and cans are counted and split. Split on; Color and cans.

Count operator:
The counting operator takes a bag, cuts off the label (this contains the sender's details and quantities) and empties the bag into the machine. The machine scans the bottles/cans and throws those that cannot be scanned into a container, which you have to scan manually.

Who you are
As a production employee, you are available from Monday till Friday. Furthermore, it is important that:

• You are 18 years or older;
• You have transportation to get to Wijhe;

What will you do
As a production employee, you will work in a factory where sliced meats are produced. At Stegeman we have a lot of different departments where you can work. After you applications I will go through them in depth, but I listed them below!

As a production employee you will work in the 2 shift, with working hours from 05:15-14:00 & 13:55-22:40.

• After care: Here you are going to make sure that the sausages are handled the correct way. You will be baking the sausages, but also smoking is part of the process. As you can expect the smell at this department is mouth watering!
• Slicing and packaging: This is the last step in the process. You will make sure that the sausages are sliced correct. You also check if the packages are sealed correctly. With your quick thinking, and sharp eyes the line will be running smoothly!
• Transport: As a transport employee, you'll use an EPT to move meats between freezing units and production halls. You'll also do administrative tasks like booking pallets and managing SAP inventory movements.
