• You have your own reliable transport (bike, motor, car) to get to the location in Vianen

what will you do
As a logistics worker at FedEx, your day will be highly dynamic. You work accurately and take responsibility for your tasks, which include:

• Scanning and sorting incoming packages using a hand scanner
• Ensuring the correct handling and processing of arriving shipments.
• Loading and unloading goods (often using a forklift)

Als klantenservice medewerker bij Miele voldoe jij aan de volgende vereisten:

• Je bent doordeweeks minimaal 40 uur per week beschikbaar;
• Je bent minimaal een jaar beschikbaar;
• Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in klantcontact.

wat ga je doen
Als klantenservice medewerker bij Miele krijg jij via de telefoon of per mail vragen van klanten die betrekking hebben op alle fases in het bestelproces. Naast het geven van productinformatie adviseer je klanten over de beschikbare producten. Je informeert over hoe producten gebruikt kunnen worden, je zet bestellingen in het systeem en je informeert de klant wanneer je vragen krijgt over de levering. En verder plan je monteurs in voor installaties van apparatuur of voor reparaties.
