• Diploma Verzorgende IG (niveau 3) of vergelijkbaar.
• Je bent bereid om een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag aan te vragen (voor medewerkers in loondienst vergoeden wij de kosten ná je eerste dienst).
• Je beschikt over een sterk ontwikkeld verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
• Je bent enthousiast om bij één of meerdere opdrachtgevers van Zorgwerk aan het werk te gaan.
• Je bent communicatief vaardig.
• Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in zowel woord als geschrift.
• Je hebt een cliëntgerichte en gastvrije instelling.
• Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the effective organisation and smooth operation of production processes, as well as for achieving the agreed production targets. You will ensure compliance with food quality and safety requirements, taking both internal and external standards into account. You will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes in the areas of quality, innovation and cost reduction. You will also supervise compliance with all applicable quality and safety regulations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Organising and supervising production processes to ensure smooth operations and the achievement of agreed targets
• Managing, training, monitoring and supporting operators, as well as indirectly supervising production employees
• Ensuring compliance with Food Defense procedures designed to protect the integrity of raw materials and finished products
• Enforcing company regulations, procedures and internal policies
• Taking responsibility for the successful delivery of the onboarding programme for Assistant Team Leaders

Working Hours:

• Our production facilities operate 24/7. This means that you will work morning, afternoon, and night shifts, including weekends.

Als Magazijnmedewerker speel je een belangrijke rol in het zorgen voor een soepel en efficiënt werkproces binnen een dynamische werkomgeving, met stabiele dagdiensten en toekomstige doorgroeimogelijkheden naar een drieploegensysteem.

Jouw taken:

• Je helpt bij het voorbereiden van zendingen en het ontvangen van producten
• Je lost kleine technische problemen op

Werktijden:
