Over de vacature

Voor Fokker Landing Gear zoeken we een CNC-draaier/frezer. Je maakt onderdelen op CNC-gestuurde machines en zorgt ervoor dat alles klopt tot op de millimeter. Nauwkeurig werken is belangrijk, want het gaat om onderdelen voor landingsgestellen. Je werkt met moderne machines en krijgt de ruimte om jezelf technisch te verbeteren. Lijkt dit je wat? Organisatie

Fokker Landing Gear, onderdeel van GKN Aerospace, is gespecialiseerd in het ontwerpen, produceren en onderhouden van landingsgestellen voor civiele en militaire vliegtuigen. Vanuit Papendrecht werken ruim 300 medewerkers dagelijks aan hoogwaardige onderdelen voor onder andere de F-35, de NH90 en commerciële vliegtuigen van Airbus. Functie

• Je controleert eerdere bewerkingen aan onderdelen om een goede overdracht te waarborgen.
• Je voert zelfstandig CNC-bewerkingen uit met Heidenhain-besturing.
• Je werkt aan onderdelen die worden gebruikt in hightech systemen zoals de JSF en de NH90.
• Je voert tussentijdse metingen en kwaliteitscontroles uit.
• Je zorgt dat elk onderdeel voldoet aan de gestelde eisen en klaar is voor de volgende bewerkingsstap.
• Je werkt in een tweeploegendienst (vroeg/laat) met een aantrekkelijke ploegentoeslag.
• Je ontwikkelt je tot allround CNC-operator met ruime doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen Fokker Landing Gear.

Functie-eisen

• Ervaring met Heidenhain-besturing is vereist, bij voorkeur aangevuld met ervaring in CNC-draaien
• Naast enkel-stuks ervaring heb je bij voorkeur ook ervaring met serieproductie
• Geen detail ontgaat jou, precies werken is in deze functie een vereiste
• Je kunt schema's en inbouwinstructies lezen en interpreteren om de juiste werkvolgorde te plannen
• Je bent bereid om in ploegen te werken

• 5 Years' experience in a hard metal manufacturing and a passion for precision, multi-axis machining.
• Proficient in using CATIA V5. Experience with TopSolid, Siemens NX CAM, Vericut, CrashGuard, Tooltech and TDM is an advantage.
• Strong ability to read and interpret Siemens NC code and Heidenhain.
• Extensive experience with on-machine probing.
• Experience and knowledge with hard metals;
• Proven experience with deep-hole drilling, mill-turning and turning techniques.
• Solid background in operating and programming CNC machines, with a deep understanding of multi-axis milling and mill-turn operations. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of GD&T.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to support production activities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with CNC operators and other team members.
