Are you an experienced Account Manager with a strong understanding of the German market? We are looking for a German-speaking Key Account Manager to manage and further develop their most important B2B accounts in Germany. You'll have your own portfolio, significant commercial responsibility and the freedom to determine how you grow your accounts.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key German B2B accounts;
• Develop account plans with clear revenue and growth targets;
• Negotiate annual agreements, pricing and commercial terms while protecting margins;
• Build strong relationships with purchasing, category management and decision-makers;
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities;
• Introduce new products and product lines to your accounts;
• Identify and acquire new clients with key-account potential;
• Regularly visit clients and attend trade fairs in Germany;
• Translate market and customer insights into commercial opportunities;
• Work closely with sales support, purchasing and logistics.

You'll also act as an important link between the German market and the internal commercial team, providing insights that can influence product range, pricing and the German B2B webshop. Requirements Who are you?

• Fluent in German, including professional-level negotiation skills;
• Good command of English and/or Dutch;
• At least 5 years of experience in Account Management or Key Account Management;
• Experience in B2B, distribution, retail or e-commerce is preferred;
• Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills;
• Commercially driven and focused on long-term account development;
• Able to work independently and take ownership of your targets;
• Willing to travel regularly to Germany for client visits and trade fairs;
• A relevant network within the German reseller or retail market is a plus.

Are you fluent in German and interested in building a career in sales? We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to support and further develop their German market.You don't need extensive sales experience. You'll receive training and work alongside an experienced colleague while gradually building your own client portfolio.
What You'll Do

• Manage and develop relationships with German B2B clients;
• Answer questions about products, orders and delivery times;
• Prepare and follow up on quotations;
• Follow up on leads and convert them into new business;
• Identify sales opportunities within existing accounts;
• Introduce clients to new products and product lines;
• Learn to negotiate prices and commercial terms;
• Join client visits and trade fairs in Germany;
• Work closely with sales support, purchasing and logistics.

As you gain experience, you'll take more ownership of your accounts and independently manage your German client portfolio. Requirements Who You Are

• Fluent in German, both written and spoken;
• Good command of English and/or Dutch;
• MBO+/HBO level of education or equivalent working level;
• Commercial, proactive and customer-focused;
• Confident communicating with clients by phone and email;
• Motivated to learn sales and negotiation;
• Experience in B2B sales, e-commerce or retail is an advantage, but not required.
