The Assistant Manager plays a key role in achieving these standards, they lead by example, embrace our entrepreneurial spirit and inspire their teams through their passion and belief in our brands.

Responsibilities include:

· Leading the store teams to generate sales, profit, minimize losses, and create the best possible customer experience whilst ensuring the store is visually distinctive and impeccably maintained.

· Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve performance through collaborating with others.

· Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards for sales floor and back room.

· Work alongside the visual merchandising team to ensure that there is clear communication and understanding between VM and store teams.

· Partner with store management team to build on business opportunities and achieve company standards and objectives.

· Focus staff on the importance of quality relationships with internal and external customers. Ensure accountability of staff in building a repeat customer base by providing all customers with unparalleled spirited service.

· Complete daily/weekly store walkthroughs; evaluate product performance, pricing, staff service levels and inventory levels.

· Communicate to the Store Manager what is driving sales and discuss any issues/priorities, in order to develop strategies to maximize business. Ensure they are weekly visual presentation action plans.

· Analyze store level reports and create action plans to improve results.

· Assist with the manpower planning, identification, recruitment, interviewing and hiring processes; Recruit store personnel with a broad range of perspectives, experiences and backgrounds.

· Work with the Store Manager to build bench strength for key positions, including possible successors.

· Participate in weekly management meetings alongside other staff meetings.

· Clearly communicate to staff: store and individual sales goals and other key performance expectations; sales results and provide guidance on what is needed to improve performance.

· Providing a great customer journey and achieving exemplary mystery shop results.

Functieomschrijving

Als Technisch Medewerker Buitendienst in de bouw en infra ga je op pad door heel Nederland voor het oplossen van problemen bij gebouwen en treinsporen. Dit doe je niet alleen, maar samen met een klein team van aanpakkende collega's.
Je vertrekpunt is vanuit Lelystad en vanaf hier ga je samen naar de locatie toe.

Zo ziet je werkdag als Technisch Medewerker Buitendienst er uit:

• Je gaat op pad nadat je de bus of vrachtwagen hebt ingeladen, samen met je collega's naar de locatie welke op de planning staat;
• Samen inventariseer je het probleem en verdeel je onderling de werkzaamheden;
• Het kan voorkomen dat je ook in kruipruimtes moet werken, dit vind je geen probleem;
• Samen zorg je voor het plaatsen van de buizen om vervolgens het product te plaatsen;
• Terwijl de ene collega dit uitvoert kijkt de andere naar het grote geheel of het goed gaat. Je hebt onderling veel communicatie hierover tijdens de klus.

Dit is op oproepbasis; je krijgt ongeveer 2 weken van tevoren te horen wanneer de volgende klus is.

Functie-eisen

Omdat het een functie op oproepbasis is vragen wij om flexibiliteit in het aannemen van klussen. Je zal soms niet thuis slapen, maar volledig verzorgt in een hotel samen met je andere collega's, gezellig toch? Je werkt nauw samen met jouw collega's en daarom is het belangrijk dat je een echte teamplayer bent.

Als Technisch Medewerker Buitendienst heb jij:

• Vanwege de veiligheid is een VCA certificaat verplicht;
• Een rijbewijs (is een pré);
• Je woont in de omgeving van Lelystad;
• Twee rechterhanden;
• Je bent veel contact met particulieren, dus je bent goed in communicatie.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Daarnaast is het mooie aan deze baan dat alles voor je wordt verzorgt: je wordt doorbetaald tijdens reistijd, je verblijf wordt vergoed en meer extra's!

Als Technisch Medewerker Buitendienst ga je dit verdienen:

• € 3.125,00 - € 3.500,00 per maand obv. 40 uur;
• €30,- netto dagvergoeding, als je weg blijft van huis;
• Je reistijd wordt ook betaald;
• Een volledig vergoed verblijf, met overnachting, ontbijt en lunch;
• Extra toeslagen bij onregelmatige werktijden.
