Are you an experienced Financial Controller with a solid background in the Dutch market? In this role, you will combine ownership of financial control and reporting with the opportunity to shape how a growing international organisation operates.As a key member of the Finance team and a trusted partner to the CFO, you will safeguard the quality, accuracy and integrity of the financial administration. Working closely with the Assistant Controller, Business Controller and wider Finance team, you will combine technical accounting expertise with a practical approach to continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the CFO on accounting, financial control and governance matters, proactively identifying and escalating material financial risks.
• Coordinating month-end and year-end closing, including reconciliations and supporting documentation.
• Preparing accurate financial reports, analyses and management information.
• Strengthening accounting procedures, financial control processes and internal controls.
• Investigating variances and translating financial data into clear insights that support business decisions.
• Contributing to budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Overseeing cost control, accounts payable and other key finance workflows.
• Preparing audit files and supporting internal and external audits.
• Identifying opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate processes, including improvements to the ERP and reporting environment.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and helping colleagues across the business understand the financial implications of their decisions.
• You will have room to take ownership, challenge existing ways of working and turn improvement ideas into practical results.

Requirements

You are a hands-on Financial Controller who brings structure, accuracy and sound judgement. You enjoy working with colleagues across the business and feel comfortable in an international organisation where growth brings changing priorities. You bring:

• At least four years of relevant experience, including proven experience as a Financial Controller.
• Previous experience working as a Financial Controller in the Dutch market. This is a requirement for the role.
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, reconciliations and internal controls.
• Fluency in English; Dutch language skills are a strong advantage.
• An analytical and methodical approach, with the ability to maintain accuracy under deadlines.
• The ability to translate financial information into practical insights and communicate clearly with different stakeholders.
• A proactive attitude: you take responsibility, ask relevant questions and follow through on improvements.
• Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.

As a Logistics Team Lead, you will lead and support a team of Logistics Specialists responsible for managing international shipments of health-related commodities to assigned countries. You will ensure smooth, timely, and cost-effective deliveries, compliance with import/export requirements, and achievement of client expectations and performance targets. You will also act as the main point of escalation for shipment issues, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in logistics processes and team performance.
In addition, you will also be responsible for:

• Overseeing end-to-end international shipments, including documentation, customs clearance, delivery, and confirmation of receipt;
• Monitoring vendor and 3PL performance, ensuring OTIF targets are met and identifying opportunities to reduce delays and costs;
• Resolving shipment issues and incidents, coordinating corrective actions, and maintaining proactive communication with clients and other stakeholders;
• Ensuring accurate and up-to-date ERP data, country profiles, shipping instructions, and logistics reports;
• Ensuring compliance with SOPs and client requirements while identifying and implementing process improvements;
• Coaching and developing Logistics Specialists, managing performance, and coordinating onboarding and training;
• Managing logistics-related complaints, supporting claims and project closeouts, and preparing reports as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you need strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. You should be comfortable working with complex logistics processes, analyzing performance data, and driving continuous improvement. The following qualifications are required:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain operations, freight, accounting, data management, or a related field, or equivalent experience;
• 7+ years of progressive experience in financial management of complex supply chain and/or transport operations; experience in commercial supply chain organizations is preferred;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
• Fluency in English and French , with strong communication, client relationship, and customer service skills;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in international, multicultural teams, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines;
• Willingness and availability to travel and perform other duties as required;
• Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands and already hold the required visa/work permit.

As a Logistics Specialist, you will serve as the global logistics expert and use your expertise to assist the assigned countries in your portfolio. You will be responsible for working within the import/export documentation requirements and managing the smooth shipment and delivery of health-related commodities. You will also be tasked with solving any transport or delivery issues in addition to communicating and providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders (internal and external).
In addition, you will also be responsible for:

• Monitoring and ensuring timely logistics execution of international transport of goods ;
• Managing the shipment process, including documentation, notifications and proof of delivery;
• Identifying shipment delays/issues and communicating the issues to stakeholders;
• Maintaining and updating ERP system at the order and shipment levels;

Requirements

To be successful in this position and organization, a high level of priority management and attention to detail is needed. They work with complex systems, so you must be able to understand and know the value of processes. Next to this, here are the hard skills that are required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in logistics, transportation, supply chain management, public health, or other related area or equivalent experience;
• 3+ years’ experience in international supply chain operations, transport, or logistics (working with 3PL's), where you have monitored and managed actual shipments, import/export management;
• Excellent knowledge of  French ; Professional level of English is also required.
• Must be eligible to work in The Netherlands and already live within commutable distance.

De Functie

We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Director of Demand Generation die de Europese demand generation-strategie van ECI eigenaarschap geeft en aanstuurt. In deze rol vertaal je onze wereldwijde marketingstrategie naar effectieve regionale programma's, geef je leiding aan een team van demand generation-professionals en werk je nauw samen met sales, marketing operations en wereldwijde stakeholders om een gezonde en voorspelbare pijplijn op te bouwen in heel Europa.

Wat Je Gaat Doen

• Het Europese demand generation-plan in eigendom nemen en de wereldwijde strategie vertalen naar regionale programma's per productlijn, land en doelgroep.
• Geïntegreerde campagnes ontwerpen, uitvoeren en optimaliseren via paid search, social, e-mail, webinars, events, ABM, content en partnermarketing.
• De marketing-naar-sales-funnel beheren en sturen op leadkwaliteit, pipelinesnelheid en conversie.
• Het demand generation-budget, de campagnekalender en de relaties met bureaus/leveranciers beheren.
• Toezicht houden op de lokalisatie van campagnemateriaal, landingspagina's en webcontent.
• Samenwerken met Marketing Operations op het gebied van leadmanagement, scoring en routering.
• KPI's (pipeline, bookings, CAC, ROI) bijhouden en rapporteren, en test-and-learn-initiatieven leiden.

Wat Je Meebrengt

• 7+ jaar B2B-marketingervaring in SaaS/technologie, met een sterke focus op demand generation, waarvan 2+ jaar in een leidinggevende rol.
• Bewezen trackrecord in het stimuleren van pipeline- en bookingsgroei via multichannelcampagnes.
• Ervaring met marketing in meerdere Europese landen, met kennis van lokale marktdynamiek en regelgeving (bijv. AVG/GDPR).
• Sterk inzicht in B2B-marketingfunnels, revenue marketing en ervaring met werken binnen een wereldwijde matrixorganisatie.
• Hands-on expertise in digitale marketing, geïntegreerde campagnes, marketinganalyse en marketingautomatisering-/CRM-platforms (bijv. Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce).
