What will you be doing as a service technician?
As a Service Technician Automation you are co-responsible for the proper functioning of the automated warehouse system. Where necessary, you will repair the installation, but you are also responsible for preventive and curative mechanical maintenance and solving electrical and mechanical failures. Reporting malfunction analyses and following up on the safety plan are also part of your duties. Because of the close cooperation within the team, there is the possibility to tune, but you can also work independently. In short: a challenging role in which you are involved daily with the latest technology, where you can learn a lot!

Your qualities

• Education at minimum A2 level in Electromechanics, Electronics or Industrial Electricity.
• You have relevant experience as a Service Technician.
• You are a passionate problem solver and like to take initiative to improve processes.
• Occasionally working at great heights does not scare you and you are willing to work in a shift system (no weekend shifts!).
• You speak good Dutch, are communicative and have a customer-oriented attitude.

Over de functie

Als Service Technieker Automatisatie ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor de goede werking van het geautomatiseerd magazijnsysteem. Waar nodig, ga je de installatie herstellen maar je staat ook in voor het preventief en curatief mechanisch onderhoud en het oplossen van elektrische en mechanische storingen. Ook storingsanalyses rapporteren en het veiligheidsplan opvolgen behoren tot jouw taken. Door de nauwe samenwerking binnen het team, is er de mogelijkheid om af te stemmen, maar kan je ook zelfstandig aan de slag. Kortom: een uitdagende rol waarin je dagelijks bezig bent met de laatste techniek waarbij je snel en veel kunt leren!

Jouw kwaliteiten

• Opleiding op A2 niveau in Elektromechanica, Elektronica of Industriële Elektriciteit.

• Af en toe op grote hoogtes werken schrikt jou niet af en je bent bereid in een ploegensysteem te werken (geen weekenddiensten!).

• Je bent zelfkritisch, staat open voor feedback en wil steeds het beste van jezelf geven.

what will you do
Depending on your preference and technical expertise, you will work in a specific role. Every day, you make sure that trains can continue to run safely. Every workday is different. We match your talents with the right open position:

• Cooling Technician: Maintain and repair climate control and cooling systems on trains (F-gas category 1 certificate required);
• Mechanical Technician: Perform mechanical maintenance on bogies, wheels, and couplings;
• Pneumatics Technician: Work on compressed air systems such as brakes and door mechanisms;
• Electrical Technician: Troubleshoot electrical faults and replace defective components;
• Maintenance & Repair (TD) Technician: Maintain and repair machinery and installations within the workshop itself.
