Overview

In this role you will advise international clients on legal and fiscal opportunities, review and interpret regulatory documents, and evaluate products and corporate structures. You act as a bridge between internal and external stakeholders, contributing to a proactive trust and corporate services team. You will handle diverse projects and help sustain the company's reputation while growing professionally in a dynamic, open environment. This position offers meaningful impact through rigorous counsel and global client interaction while upholding integrity.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Strategically advise clients and prospects on legal and fiscal matters
• Analyze documents, regulations and procedures for client opportunities
• Evaluate integrated products and set up/manage corporate and private legal structures
• Coordinate between internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute as a core team member to sustain the firm's reputation

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Masters of Dutch Corporate, Fiscal, Notary or Private Law

• 2-3 years of work experience

• Fluent English and Dutch, written and spoken

• Proven experience in financial or legal services
