Overview

In this role you help shape Optiver's Group Treasury through hands-on operations and strategic transformation. You'll drive the Kyriba implementation from configuration to data validation, while identifying automation opportunities to create scalable treasury processes. You work with a cross-functional team to enhance cash, liquidity, funding and FX management, delivering measurable improvements. This is an impact-driven opportunity to become a domain expert and lead meaningful changes in a fast-paced trading environment.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Monitor global cash positions and liquidity needs; support short- and long-term cash forecasting
• Contribute to Kyriba implementation and enable practical use and insights from the system
• Identify and remove manual processes using data, automation, and AI tools
• Support short-term investment portfolio management and FX hedging activities
• Develop models to assess liquidity requirements and capital usage under stress
• Maintain treasury controls and monitor counterparty exposures; assist with risk reporting
• Contribute to strategic treasury initiatives including funding options and global operating model improvements

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Data-driven analytical mindset

• Track record of delivering improvements in processes or systems

• Experience with AI tooling and building practical solutions using AI/LLM concepts

• Working knowledge of Python and SQL; familiar with Git and scheduled workflows

• Finance knowledge to read balance sheets and discuss liquidity and capital with stakeholders

• Genuine interest in financial markets; basic knowledge of fixed income, credit, FX

• Confidence to challenge existing approaches and communicate findings across stakeholders

• Ability to work under time pressure and ensure numerical accuracy

• Analytical curiosity

• Clear communication in English
