Overview

In this role you will act as a trusted talent advisor and lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate and professional functions, partnering with business leaders to build diverse, high-quality pipelines. You will shape recruitment strategy with market insights, drive candidate experience, and ensure compliance while aligning with PepsiCo's talent plan. You'll work across functions and with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize hiring metrics and candidate outcomes. Verantwoordelijkheden

• Provide strategic recruiting partnerships with Hiring Managers and HR Partners to translate business needs into recruitment plans
• Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding
• Develop tailored sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networks, niche boards, passive candidates) and build talent communities
• Conduct structured interviews (behavioral and competency-based) and facilitate calibration with interview panels
• Negotiate offers in collaboration with Total Rewards and Hiring Managers, ensuring compelling offers
• Deliver a high-touch, inclusive candidate experience and communicate PepsiCo EVP and career opportunities
• Utilize analytics and labor market intelligence to optimize sourcing and hiring outcomes
• Ensure compliance, data integrity, and governance across ATS/CRM processes

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 4+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience in multinational or shared services environments

• Experience recruiting across Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, Legal, and other corporate functions

• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and act as a trusted advisor

• Strong experience managing multiple complex requisitions and meeting hiring priorities

• Expertise in proactive sourcing methods (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, referrals, networking)

• Structured interviewing experience (competency-based/behavioral) and candidate evaluation

• Negotiation skills with offers and compensation discussions

• Hands-on experience with ATS, CRM, and recruitment technologies

• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong analytical mindset
