Overview

Senior Software Engineer at TOPIC leads design and implementation of subsystems across driver control, algorithms, and UI. You work with cross-functional teams in an international, multidisciplinary, and agile environment, shaping software architecture and mentoring others. You will drive code quality, choose solution approaches, and contribute to advanced systems in high-tech projects. This role offers ownership, continuous learning through TOPIC Academy, and opportunities to influence technical standards within a renowned embedded computing partner setting.

• Permanent contract
• Salary range 57,000-76,000 (net expenses included)

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Design, implement, and verify new subsystems, modules, and components
• Write efficient, maintainable code in C++, C, Python for driver control, HMI, algorithms, and UI
• Explore different solution approaches to achieve best results
• Share expertise to elevate team, quality, and processes
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in an international, multidisciplinary, and agile environment
• Review code and mentor junior engineers

Belangrijkste vereisten

• At least 5 years of software development experience in C++, C, and Python in high-tech domain

• Experience with O.O., UML, Unit testing, Agile and design principles

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems, or related field

• Team player, solution-oriented, proactive

• Good command of English; Dutch preferred

• Willingness to continuously improve and develop new skills
