Overview

As Senior Manager, you will shape the financial agenda for Sustainability and Agriculture, guiding planning, performance insight, and decision support to align with enterprise priorities. You partner with global and zone leaders to drive financial discipline, transparency, and value realization across budgets, long-range plans, and strategic initiatives. You'll develop robust business cases and influence cross-functional stakeholders to optimize investments and trade-offs. This role offers meaningful impact by connecting enterprise strategy with execution in a complex global environment.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Own financial planning rhythm across Sustainability and Agriculture (Budget, LE, Strategic Plan) with clear assumptions, risks, and opportunities
• Lead performance visibility by analyzing trends, risks, and opportunities and turning data into actionable recommendations
• Evaluate projects and strategic investments with strong business cases (IRR, payback, timing, sensitivities, risks) to support prioritization
• Provide leadership with decision-ready materials on priorities, value, timelines, and risks to enable timely decisions
• Build partnerships across global and zone teams to align priorities and improve coordination
• Embed strong financial discipline with procurement, sustainability, agriculture, FP&A, and business finance stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize processes for transparency, efficiency, and control

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field

• 5+ years of relevant finance experience (FP&A, business partnering, procurement finance, or related)

• Strong experience leading financial planning (Budget, LE, Strategic Plan)

• Analytical capability in financial analysis, business case development, and project evaluation

• Experience evaluating investments and initiatives (IRR, payback, timeline, risk)

• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across global and zone teams

• Clear communication translating analysis into practical recommendations for senior stakeholders

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; ERP systems and BI tools experience a plus

• Ownership mindset and judgment for working in a complex global environment
