Overview

As Senior Manager, you lead and shape large-scale business transformations in banking, combining strategy with delivery to drive growth and value. You'll oversee end-to-end projects in a cross-functional setting and build strong client relationships to expand in Dutch and European markets. You'll work on AI-enabled, next-generation transformations that blend data, technology, and business strategy. This role offers impact, leadership development, and collaboration in a global, supportive EY culture.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Lead the development of proposals and scoping documents
• Drive transformative change with strategic vision
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex transformation projects, managing teams, budgets, and timelines
• Spearhead business development and market expansion in Dutch/European banking sectors
• Mentor and guide managers and consultants within the team
• Contribute to AI-driven, data-enabled transformation initiatives in banking
• Shape go-to-market strategies and support entry into new markets
• Collaborate across EY competencies and maintain senior relationships in the Dutch banking sector

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 8+ years of relevant experience

• Masters degree in a related field

• Strong track record of large-scale business-led transformations

• Deep banking industry expertise (retail/corporate, with optional investment banking or payments)

• Hands-on technology, data, and AI transformation experience

• Ability to operate under high pressure with C-suite stakeholders

• Experience with regulatory transformation in banking (Basel IV, DORA, AMLA, ESG reporting)

• Active business development experience and ability to own revenue targets

• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams and contribution to practice development

• Dutch language proficiency is a plus

• Pre-existing senior banking relationships in the Netherlands are advantageous
