Overview

In this role, you help strengthen Adyen's financial risk capability as part of the second-line Enterprise Risk team in Amsterdam. You will help build and scale the risk and credit lifecycle framework for embedded financial products, aligning internal and regulatory requirements with practical processes. You'll work cross-functionally to translate risk needs into actionable monitoring and mitigation strategies. This is a fast-moving, independence-driven role with the chance to shape risk governance in a growing fintech platform.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Co-create and implement the risk and credit lifecycle framework for credit products, translating requirements into processes and mitigations
• Respond to and scope remediation plans for internal and supervisory items
• Support the scaling of embedded financial products (loans, bank accounts, card issuing, overdrafts)
• Perform regulatory gap analyses and weave applicable requirements into risk/reporting frameworks
• Contribute to risk policies and key deliverables (SREP, ICAAP/ILAAP, recovery planning, Pillar 3, Annual Report)
• Assist in the development of the organization's risk governance and reporting
• Engage with first-line teams to ensure risk controls are effective and understood

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 2+ years in banking, financial risk management, financial auditing or consulting with proven credit risk expertise

• Solid knowledge of prudential regulation (CRR, CRD, Basel, OCC, PRA)

• Proactive, self-driven, hands-on mentality with willingness to challenge status quo

• Desire to drive change in a dynamic fintech environment

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Excellent communication and ability to simplify complex topics
