Overview

In this role you will strengthen Adyen's brand integrity program across payments, risk, and operations. You'll coordinate governance for card-network and alternative payment methods, working with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, well-documented processes. You'll manage program plans, issue triage, and remediation tracking to keep initiatives on track globally. You'll engage with stakeholders to balance revenue opportunities with compliance and reputational risk. This is an opportunity to shape governance and drive durable improvements in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Lead and coordinate program management across Brand Integrity, including tracking, escalations, remediation follow-up, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Oversee governance of card-network and alternative payment method integrity programs, ensuring requirements are tracked and implemented across regions.
• Manage program plans, trackers, logs, actions, and governance routines for brand-integrity initiatives.
• Coordinate intake and triage of merchant, partner, and network issues requiring brand-integrity review.
• Partner with Risk, Legal, Commercial, Partnerships, and regional teams to align merchant-facing processes and governance.
• Maintain documentation, playbooks, and training materials for brand-integrity topics and escalation handling.
• Track remediation items, questions, deadlines, and dependencies to keep programs progressing.
• Support reviews of higher-risk merchant verticals (e.g., payment facilitators, marketplaces) for brand, scheme, or reputational risk.

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Around 5+ years in program management, compliance, risk, or cross-functional roles in payments/fintech or regulated environment.

• Familiarity with card-network compliance, merchant risk, high-risk verticals, or brand-integrity programs.

• Ability to work across global teams and time zones without direct authority.

• Proven ability to structure ambiguous environments and maintain momentum on open-ended programs.

• Experience with payment facilitators or marketplaces is a plus.

• Exposure to program trackers, governance routines, documentation workflows, or compliance operations is a plus.
