Overview

As Portfolio Manager at Kramp, you connect strategy with execution by prioritizing initiatives and guiding trade-offs to deliver the company's strategic agenda. You will align across programs, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure feasible planning and transparent delivery. This role emphasizes data-driven insights to steer decisions and enhance portfolio performance in a collaborative, evolving environment. You help shape how cross-functional teams balance capacity, risk, and dependencies to achieve impact.

• Salary range 5,864-7,330 gross per month

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Steer and prioritize the portfolio, clarifying what matters most and enabling trade-offs between initiatives to deliver strategy
• Ensure realistic planning and executable portfolios by mapping timelines, dependencies, risks, and capacity across the portfolio
• Provide data-driven insights and scenario analyses; consolidate findings for decision-making and align across stakeholders
• Collaborate with program and project managers and senior stakeholders to maintain transparency and support informed choices

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related analytical field

• 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, project management or similar roles

• Strong analytical and communication/presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders

• Structured, pragmatic, and able to translate analysis into action
