Overview

In this role you ensure safe, reliable operation of plant maintenance and utilities while driving cost-effective asset management. You collaborate with production, engineering, and leadership to plan downtime, optimize capital needs, and implement maintenance best practices. You lead safety initiatives and use data-driven methods to improve equipment reliability and factory operations. You will shape maintenance culture and contribute to QRMP and regulatory compliance in a high impact food manufacturing environment.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Ensure safe execution of maintenance and utility activities following procedures
• Promote safety as a core value among employees and contractors
• Maintain facility and assets to meet USDA, FDA, OSHA, and EPA guidelines
• Optimize costs through budget planning and asset management
• Maximize availability of production assets via predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance
• Coordinate major maintenance and downtime with production and engineering; support capital budgeting efforts
• Train maintenance staff in CMMS, problem solving, risk analysis, and data/history review
• Set and evaluate departmental goals with maintenance and leadership team
• Conduct studies to improve services, reliability, and factory operations
• Oversee Utilities and Wastewater facilities to meet production demands
• Share best practices with Kraft Heinz maintenance professionals
• Ensure parts availability in MRO stockroom to minimize downtime while balancing inventory
• Assist in evaluating reliability, utility, facility, production, and packaging needs for capital equipment
• Lead QRMP implementation and operational standards per factory accountability list
