Overview

In this role you will optimize automotive logistics and support distribution channels to ensure on-time delivery. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to balance inventory with Just-in-Time goals while driving efficient inbound/outbound routing. You'll leverage SAP/EDI and forecast insights to stay ahead of demand, monitor KPIs, and support a high-velocity, cross-functional logistics environment.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Coordinate shipments with business units, factories, logistics partners, and customers to ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain optimal stock levels using forecast data to balance inventory
• Plan and route inbound and outbound shipments to align with business needs
• Utilize SAP/EDI for order fulfillment and analyze sales forecasts to anticipate demand
• Serve as the main operational contact for logistics providers, distributors, and sales teams
• Track logistics KPIs and iteratively improve processes for efficiency
• Prepare monthly sales reports and channel performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and customer audit requirements

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 3+ years in Planning, Inventory, or Supply Chain (Automotive preferred)

• University degree in Logistics, Engineering, or Business

• Advanced Excel skills and SAP/EDI experience

• Fluent English and Mandarin

• High accuracy and speed in a fast-paced environment

• Strong negotiation and teamwork skills
