What you will be doing

You will lead engineering efforts to ensure the successful delivery of complex yacht projects.

• Review and discuss Project Development information and delineate work processes during the pre-construction phase.
• Oversee the quality of engineering work to ensure accurate interfacing and integration of data across disciplines.
• Produce accurate plan drawings and technical specifications in accordance with Building Specifications and regulatory standards.
• Approve engineering documentation and ensure the overall completeness of the scope.
• Resolve complex technical issues proactively to maintain project timelines and quality.
• Organize work activities and collaborate closely with co-makers to implement synergies.

Who you are

You are a technical expert with a passion for high-end maritime engineering and collaborative project management.

• Proven expertise in a specific technical discipline such as construction, outfit, systems, piping, electrical, or interior.
• In-depth knowledge of yacht building standards, design codes, and regulations.
• Ability to work effectively within an international, project-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive technical solutions to completion.
• A collaborative mindset with a focus on building effective partnerships with co-makers.
