Overview

In this Junior Project Manager role, you support the delivery of multidisciplinary projects across industrial, research, and digital infrastructure sectors. You work alongside experienced colleagues to coordinate teams, maintain schedules, and monitor progress to ensure transparent governance. You gain exposure to different project phases and progressively take on more responsibility. Verantwoordelijkheden

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams with Project Managers and Design Managers to move complex projects forward
• Manage and maintain project schedules, deliverables, and documentation with transparent progress tracking
• Monitor progress, risks, costs, and timelines to support informed decision-making
• Facilitate client-internal team communication through planning and meeting coordination
• Contribute to quality standards and project reporting, building expertise in planning and delivery processes
• Assume increasing independent responsibilities and progress toward managing own projects

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Completed degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Project Management, or related discipline

• Initial experience in engineering, construction, or consulting projects (graduate roles, internships, or student positions)

• Interest in industrial, research, infrastructure, or mission-critical facilities

• Basic understanding of local and international project delivery standards

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to work in international, multidisciplinary teams

• Very good Dutch and good English language skills
