Overview

In this role you partner with the NL business to shape culture and deliver people strategies across a fast-growing organisation. You will lead the NL HR business partnering team, drive engagement, talent development and organisational design, and manage change initiatives with unions or works councils. You'll act as a sparring partner to the sales director NL and help build a high-performing, engaged workforce. This is a hands-on, strategic HR role in a global coffee company.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Co-create and implement HR Strategy for JDEP NL aligned with HR NE Strategy
• Partner with the sales director NL to drive engagement and talent development
• Lead the HR NL business partnering team (2 FTE)
• Design and run communication and engagement programs for field-based teams
• Lead local/functional change projects with works council/ unions liaison
• Ensure wellbeing initiatives and employee support are proactive
• Contribute to the divisional people agenda within the HR NE community
• Support organisational design and resourcing strategies

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 7+ years HR experience in international FMCG, B2B or Retail

• experience in people management and matrix organisations

• ability to influence senior stakeholders

• results-focused with change navigation skills

• fluency in Dutch and English

• occasional business travel
