Overview

In this role you will own the monthly close and ensure consistent financial reporting and dashboards. You will lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning, linking business drivers to robust financial models. You'll develop performance packs on revenue, margin, cash flow and KPIs, and partner with finance, data and commercial teams to create a single view of performance. You will define metric frameworks, improve data governance, and identify risks and opportunities to support leadership decisions and growth.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Own monthly close, reconcile reporting, metrics and dashboards
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning
• Develop performance packs covering revenue, margin, cash flow and KPIs
• Partner with finance, data and commercial teams for a single view of performance
• Define financial/operational metric frameworks and improve data governance
• Analyze revenue, performance and cost drivers to identify trends, risks and growth opportunities
• Support group reporting, audits, system improvements and finance transformation
• Act as strategic partner to senior leadership, guiding investment and resource decisions

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Econometrics or related discipline

• Approximately 6-10 years in Business Control, FP&A, Financial Reporting or Controlling in tech/high-growth environment

• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow with forecasting and reporting experience

• Experience working with large datasets, financial models and business intelligence tools

• Data mindset with curiosity, analytical rigor and commitment to data quality

• Ability to translate business questions into reporting requirements and collaborate with data/BI specialists

• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence decisions with facts and analysis
