Overview

As Finance Manager you own day-to-day PtP, RtR and IC processes and lead the month-end close and CREST reporting in line with DHL standards. You manage intercompany relations and PtP payables to optimize working capital and minimize provisions, while ensuring accurate balance sheet reconciliations. You act as gatekeeper for internal controls, coordinate audits, and drive process improvements with global process owners and service providers. You'll lead a finance team, coach staff, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to support budgeting, forecasting, and LEAP reporting.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Own day-to-day PtP, RtR and IC processes and ensure KPI achievement
• Lead monthly close and CREST reporting in accordance with policies and standards
• Manage intercompany receivables/payables to optimize working capital
• Oversee PtP payables and balance sheet reconciliations
• Ensure global internal control framework is implemented and followed
• Review process performance and provide feedback to stakeholders for continuous improvement
• Lead projects and change management for process improvements
• Coordinate with regional/global process owners and service providers on optimization
• Interface with GSC management regarding outsourced activities
• Coordinate annual independent audit and prepare financial statements for audit
• Support B/S budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure LEAP reporting accuracy with Lease coordination
• Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports and set departmental goals
• Escalation point for PtP & RTR management and supplier issues
• Authorize journals, reconciliations, and budget/forecast provisions
• CW1 setup/maintenance for finance processes and CW1 queries/issues

Belangrijkste vereisten

• University degree in Finance or equivalent plus 5 years of experience

• Proven hands-on experience with accounting systems

• Knowledge of accounting standards, statutory and regulatory requirements

• Strong conceptual and analytical skills

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Project management skills

• Strong coaching and people development abilities

• Effective problem evaluation and solution, and cross-cultural communication

• Fluent in Dutch and English
