Overview

In detta role, you will lead Avanade Netherlands' ERP Advisory capability, guiding CFO, COO, and CIO clients from legacy ERP toward a cloud-native AI-powered D365 Finance & Supply Chain platform. You'll own the FY27 ERP Advisory bookings target and drive the 90-Day Launch Plan, shaping end-to-end ERP strategies and operating models. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and Microsoft NL to pursue AI-enabled ERP transformations, while coaching a growing consultancy team. This role offers impact at scale through transformation programs and strategic pursuits.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Translate client needs into ERP strategy, business cases, and target operating models for D365 F&SCM (end-to-end ownership of requirements, configuration, UAT, hypercare).
• Lead ERP envisioning workshops, fit-to-standard process design, and governance advisory for large transformation programs.
• Drive co-sell pursuits with Microsoft NL on AI-enabled ERP transformation; cultivate pipeline in SAP compete and AX/GP/NAV migration accounts.
• Coach and grow Consultants and Analysts through FY27; collaborate with BizApps and SME&C on joint pursuits.
