As Endurance Lead Engineer, you will join a global team dedicated to verifying state-of-the-art engine platforms and aftertreatment systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our technology meets the highest standards for durability, reliability, and performance in all operating conditions, directly contributing to future emission compliance and customer satisfaction.

You will work at the cutting edge of combustion engine development, collaborating with expert engineers across our facilities in Eindhoven and near Seattle. What you will be doing

You will manage the end-to-end verification process to ensure our engine systems meet rigorous endurance targets.

• Take ownership of the endurance test plan, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
• Monitor the daily progress of verification activities and provide technical guidance to resolve challenges.
• Streamline verification procedures by incorporating expert team feedback.
• Analyze key performance indicators to ensure quality and project status accuracy.
• Prioritize testing activities and adjust planning in response to operational changes.
• Report project status to stakeholders and review all test plans.

Who you are

You are a proactive engineer with a passion for powertrain development and technical precision.

• Relevant technical degree or equivalent professional background in engineering.
• Experience in engine testing, verification, or powertrain development.
• Strong planning and organizational skills to manage complex test schedules.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across international teams and departments.
• Proficiency in status reporting and technical communication.
