Overview

As Corporate Finance Transactor, you support origination, structuring, and execution of corporate finance transactions for mid-sized clients across EMEA, with emphasis on debt solutions for private equity-backed companies. You work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze markets, model debt structures, and prepare materials for client pitches. You help manage deal pipelines and contribute to strategic initiatives within Corporate & Sponsor Finance. This role combines analytical rigor with client-facing execution in a dynamic, international context.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Support origination activities with client meetings and pitches
• Prepare marketing materials and financing option analyses for clients
• Maintain and analyze deal pipeline across markets and industries
• Develop market data sources and analytics infrastructure
• Conduct industry analyses and client benchmarking
• Contribute to Corporate & Sponsor Finance strategic initiatives
• Prepare detailed cash flow models, debt structures, and valuation
• Review business plans and funding strategies
• Perform due diligence on clients and prospects
• Assist in deal term sheet preparation and credit input
• Support deal team coordination and project management
• Assist in loan documentation review and internal approvals

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Knowledge of corporate finance and capital markets

• Credit analysis, structuring, financing products, and financial modelling

• Exposure to syndicated loans and capital market solutions

• Experience as part of a deal team and transaction coordination

• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint

• Experience with financial databases (Factset, CapitalIQ, Dealogic)

• 2-4 years banking or relevant experience

• Exposure to legal documentation

• Strong presentation skills (written and verbal)

• Self-starter and independent worker

• High energy, enthusiasm, and motivation

• Financial modelling

• Cash flow analysis and debt capacity analysis

• Debt structuring and valuation
