Overview

In this role you will help health and public service clients optimize digital operations and address complex challenges. You'll collaborate with Accenture's H&PS team to design innovative solutions and drive data-driven decision making. You will work across IT transformations, leveraging data, AI, security and cloud technologies to realize clients' business strategies. This position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, impact, and ongoing learning in a globally connected team.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Advise public organizations and healthcare entities on digital optimization and transformation
• Identify innovative, data-driven solutions that deliver measurable business value
• Lead or contribute to IT transformation projects from design to support phases
• Embed data & analytics into standardized processes and operations
• Collaborate with cross-capability teams (Data, AI, Security, Cloud) to implement solutions
• Support business development and growth initiatives within the H&PS group
• Deliver in both Waterfall and Agile project environments
• Maintain strong relationships with Health/Public Service clients and networks with stakeholders

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Experience in technology consulting or related fields

• Experience with large-scale digital and/or technology transformations

• Solid financial and business acumen; structured, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills

• Project delivery experience in both Waterfall and Agile environments

• Available network with Health or Public Service clients

• Fluency in Dutch and English

• Analytical and problem-solving能力

• Communication and presentation skills

• Experience with Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, or (Public) Cloud technologies
