Overview

As a Consultant at Sia, you help drive client transformations across strategy, organizational design and operational excellence. You will work on varied projects in cross functional teams, influencing offering development and business development efforts. You will leverage data and AI topics to unlock opportunities for clients, within an international, collaborative environment. This role combines hands on project work with internal initiatives to strengthen Sia's market position and capabilities.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Contribute to projects on strategic positioning, new business orientations, organizational redesign, business re engineering, and operational excellence
• Actively participate in internal initiatives to develop and reinforce Sia's offering
• Support business development through need definition and involvement in commercial initiatives
• Engage with clients to deliver impactful solutions and outcomes
• Collaborate with cross functional teams across sectors (bank, insurance, pension) and projects
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and practice development within the firm

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Master's Degree completed

• 0 to 2 years' experience in a consultancy

• Knowledge of the bank, insurance or pension sector

• Outstanding collaborative team player with good communication skills

• Analytical mindset able to synthesize options into conclusions

• Strong interest in data and AI topics with ability to quickly build expertise

• Dutch and English communication and presentation skills mandatory
