Overview

As an Agile Engineer in DLL's Corporate Center, you will enable IT delivery across Finance, HR, Legal, Treasury, and more. You work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and a broad contractor network to translate needs into actionable user stories and technical designs. You'll balance technical delivery with governance, security, and compliance while driving testing, go-live readiness, and knowledge transfer to support. This role offers cross-domain impact in a collaborative, autonomy-based Agile environment with a strong focus on continuous improvement. You'll engage with stakeholders to shape delivery in a fast-paced, hybrid setting, contributing to DLL's broader IT ambitions.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Translate business needs into actionable user stories and technical deliverables
• Coordinate and configure delivery with internal IT and external suppliers
• Create/Review and approve solution designs and system documentation
• Integrate IT, security, compliance, and non-functional requirements into solutions
• Drive system testing (SIT), defect management, and go-live readiness
• Organize test activities and ensure documentation of deliverables
• Coordinate UAT with team, business, and external stakeholders
• Ensure proper handover to support teams for BAU and Level 3 support
• Collaborate with stakeholders across 10 business domains
• Engage in Agile ceremonies and manage impediments, risks, dependencies, and improvement actions
• Stay current with industry standards and coach frontline staff where applicable

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Proven ability to work across diverse application landscapes and business domains

• Comfortable switching between technical detail and strategic context

• Strong communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Wiki, O365, and Teams

• Familiarity with On-Prem, SaaS, and PaaS environments

• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery, systems testing, and defect management

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Self-starter with ownership mindset
