Wat ga je doen: - Zelfstandig bedienen en instellen van verschillende machines in het productieproces.

• Ombouwen en afstellen van machines voor diverse productielijnen.
• Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en signaleren van afwijkingen.
• Oplossen van eerste lijnstoringen en uitvoeren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden.
• Voorbereiden van productiewerkzaamheden, inclusief het zorgen voor tijdige aanwezigheid van grondstoffen.

As a Junior Production Operator, you'll help manufacture high-quality metal components used by customers around the world. Working together with an experienced team, you'll ensure every product meets Aalberts' high quality standards.Your responsibilities include: - Assembling products and components using technical drawings and work instructions.

• Connecting electrical components and testing products with measuring equipment such as calipers and multimeters.
• Performing quality inspections and reporting any deviations.
• Registering production data, material usage and rejected parts in the ERP system.
• Working closely with colleagues to maintain a safe, efficient and organised production process.

Je komt te werken op de Melts & Elastomers-afdeling in Dordrecht waar je het productieproces bewaakt en aanstuurt. Je werkt met apparatuur zoals compressoren, reactoren, ontgassers, coagulatoren, extruders en automatische verpakkingslijnen. Vanuit de controlekamer houd je het proces en de veiligheid voortdurend in de gaten en voer je patrouillerondes uit op de werkvloer. Je voert technische controles uit in samenwerking met maintenance en engineering en draagt actief bij aan procesverbeteringen. Je draait in een 5-ploegenrooster met dag-, avond- en nachtdiensten. Daarnaast is er de mogelijkheid om opgeleid te worden voor de interne brandweerorganisatie. Veilig werken en procesbetrouwbaarheid staan centraal in deze praktische en technisch afwisselende functie.

Functie-inhoud

• Je bewaakt en stuurt het volledige productieproces op de Melts & Elastomers-afdeling vanuit de controlekamer.
• Je bedient en controleert compressoren, reactoren, extruders, ontgassers, coagulatoren en automatische verpakkingslijnen.
• Je voert technische controles uit in samenwerking met de technische dienst en meldt afwijkingen direct en concreet.
• Je draait in een 5-ploegenrooster, loopt patrouillerondes en werkt actief mee aan procesverbeteringen en veiligheidsmaatregelen.

Functie-eisen

• Je hebt minimaal diploma Operator B; bij voorkeur Operator C of de ambitie om door te groeien naar C.
• Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring binnen de chemische industrie en werkt praktisch, veilig en oplossingsgericht.
• Je communiceert duidelijk in het Nederlands, hebt basiskennis van Engels en functioneert goed in teamverband.
• Je bent bereid te werken in dag-, avond- en nachtdiensten en je op te leiden voor de bedrijfsbrandweer.
