Wat ga je doen?

Aan de slag bij DHL in Zwolle vanaf € 15,92 bruto per uur, exclusief toeslagen!

Als Yard Operator bij DHL Centralhub in Zwolle zorg jij ervoor dat het buitenterrein veilig en overzichtelijk blijft en vrachtwagens op de juiste plek terechtkomen. Je ontvangt chauffeurs, wijst ze de weg en houdt toezicht op de verkeersstromen en de veiligheidsregels op het terrein.

Je start je dienst met een korte overdracht met je collega’s. Daarna ga je aan de slag op het terrein, houd je overzicht en zorg je ervoor dat het logistieke proces soepel blijft verlopen. Je schakelt met chauffeurs en collega’s en weet van aanpakken wanneer er iets geregeld moet worden.

Je komt terecht in een team waarin samenwerking centraal staat. Je werkt in 3 ploegendiensten.

Waar ga je werken?

DHL is één van de grootste logistieke dienstverleners ter wereld. In het sorteercentrum worden dagelijks duizenden pakketten verwerkt voor bestemmingen door heel Nederland. Samen met een betrokken team zorg jij ervoor dat alle zendingen tijdig en zorgvuldig worden verwerkt

Wie ben je?

• Ploegendienst met een vast ritme van Dag, Nacht, Avond (DNA);
  • 07:00 - 15:30
  • 23:00 - 07:30
  • 15:00 - 23:30
• Je bent minimaal 18 jaar oud
• MBO werk- en denkniveau.
• Je spreekt Nederlands of Engels
• Je hebt eigen vervoer (auto, fiets, scooter) of woont op loopafstand van het sorteercentrum

Wat mag je verwachten?

• Salaris tussen €15,92 en €31,84 per uur (inclusief toeslagen)

• Tussen 06:00 - 18:00: €15,92 per uur

• Tussen 18:00 - 20:00: €17,91 per uur

• Tussen 20:00 – 00:00: €19,90 per uur

• Tussen 00:00 - 06:00: €20,70 per uur

• Op zondag - feestdagen: € 31,84 per uur

• Reiskostenvergoeding vanaf 5 km enkele reis

• 8% vakantiegeld en 10% vakantiedagen

Over de vacature

Description

As a crane operator in recycling, you work daily with a mobile crane and polyp grab. Your main tasks include:

• Operating the mobile crane with polyp grab
• Unloading trucks and ships with metal and scrap
• Moving scrap, metal, and stainless steel on the premises
• Loading, unloading, and sorting materials within metal recycling
• Overseeing safe and efficient operations on site
• Inspecting incoming materials
• Assisting with site activities and maintaining oversight of the yard
• Recording special observations and reporting back to your supervisor
• Keeping the site clean and safe

You work full-time from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. To 3:30 p.m. On Fridays, you finish at 1:30 p.m. Occasionally, you may work shifts from 3:30 p.m. To 12:30 a.m.

About the client

You will be working at an international company focused on metal processing and recycling in Moerdijk. The company specializes in processing metal, scrap, and stainless steel. You'll find an informal working environment with attention to the employees.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven work experience as a crane operator
• Experience with a mobile crane and polyp grab
• Experience in metal recycling, scrap processing, or transshipment is a plus
• Living in or near Moerdijk
• Speaks Dutch
• Works accurately and safely
• Physically fit and enjoys working outdoors
• Reliable and takes responsibility for the work

Our offer

• Salary between €2,800 and €3,500 gross per month based on 40 hours and experience
• 20% allowance on Saturdays and 30% for night shifts if you occasionally work these hours
• Shift allowance of €4.05 per hour
