Functie-eisen

• Een afgeronde technische opleiding, zoals VAPRO, Werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar. Of de bereidheid om deze te behalen.

As a Technical Operator, you are responsible for the safe, efficient and effective operation of your production line. During an intensive on-the-job training period, supported by an internal coach, you will learn everything about the machines and production process. Over time, you will build the knowledge and confidence to operate the entire production line independently. What you will do: - Operate and monitor the production line and control systems.

• Monitor production, quality and safety and respond to process disruptions.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance and work with maintenance technicians on more complex issues.

You will work at a production facility in Cuijk or Heijen, where various types of paper are recycled, manufactured and processed for customers in the Netherlands and abroad. Within the converting department, a wide range of paper products is produced, including napkins, paper towels and toilet paper. Another factory within the organization produces incontinence products and wet wipes. Depending on your experience, you will start at the location that best matches your background.

The organization will determine which factory you will start in.The products are supplied to, among others, major fast-food chains, hospitals and amusement parks and are well known under the TORK brand.Safety is a top priority within the organization. • Machine large and complex components on modern CNC milling machines
• Independently set up, operate and adjust CNC machines

As a Warehouse Operator, your standard working hours are from 08:30 to 17:00, scheduled Monday to Sunday for up to 40 hours per week (including weekends twice every six weeks).

Working in a high-tech GMP cleanroom environment, quality and safety are key. Your daily tasks include thoroughly cleaning and sterilizing production items and containers using chlorine and IPA (alcohol). Every morning and afternoon begins with a team huddle. You will wear protective gear, including a cleanroom suit and a specialized oxygen hood as needed and occasionally enter cold storage units for short periods.

• Inbound & Outbound (loading and unloading).
• Creating, checking and correcting orders where necessary.
• Cleaning of production materials.
• Inventory counts, quality control of goods.
• Occasionally working in cold storage, never longer than 10 minutes at a time (-40 degrees).

You independently identify and resolve malfunctions and production issues using the ATS and/or FLTS methods. Furthermore, you proactively perform quality checks, report on machine performance, and initiate process improvements.

For this position, it is essential that a VOG (Certificate of Conduct) and reference check are completed during the application process.
