As an Employee Steriflow and Assembly you are an important link in the production process. Together with your team you ensure that meals and components are pasteurized (heating process) and labeled correctly. You play a crucial role in monitoring quality and have a direct line to the operator standing by the autoclaves (sterilizing machine). If there are any deviations in the process, such as an incorrect pasteurization program or an incorrect label, you link up directly with the operator to make quick adjustments.

As a production employee you will work in the 2 shift, with working hours from 05:15-14:00 & 13:55-22:40. You can choose whether you want to work parttime or fulltime.

• Incoming goods: You're responsible for unloading trucks and storing goods in the warehouses. You'll also make sure that correct labels and packaging materials are ready for the production department. Also, you'll be doing inventory management and SAP
• After care: Here you are going to make sure that the sausages are handled the correct way. You will be baking the sausages, but also smoking is part of the process. As you can expect the smell at this department is mouth watering!
• Slicing and packaging: This is the last step in the process. You will make sure that the sausages are sliced correct. You also check if the packages are sealed correctly. With your quick thinking, and sharp eyes the line will be running smoothly!
• Transport: As a transport employee, you'll use an EPT to move meats between freezing units and production halls. You'll also do administrative tasks like booking pallets and managing SAP inventory movements.

As a production worker, you are available for at least 4 days a week. Furthermore, it is important that you:

• Have your own transportation to get to Lemmer
• Master the Dutch or English language

Ever been curious how big buildings stay put? Piles is the answer! And you can make them. Together with colleagues, you make sure concrete gets into a long mold. target, and let's go. It cures overnight and the next morning you can enjoy your own finished product.

Do you know how to work with technical drawings? Then you can work on foundations. Almost the same process as the production of piles. The difference is technical insight. For a foundation you make your own mold. So even more variety!

So the choice is yours! As a production worker you work a minimum of 32 hours between Monday and Friday. This means that you are free at the weekend! Working hours vary depending on the position. At the earliest you start at 05.00 and you are off at 16.00 at the latest.
