Who you are
Are you a real leader who keeps their cool when things get busy? You have a sharp eye for quality and you're not afraid to take responsibility. Safety and hygiene are second nature to you! You are the perfect match if you meet the following:

• You have an MBO level 3 degree or similar experience;
• You have at least 2 years of experience as an operator in the food industry (required);
• You speak English or Dutch fluently;
• You are available for 40 hours a week in two shifts;
• You have your own transport to reach the location in Oss.

What will you do
As our new Line Operator, you are the captain of the production line!🚢 You don't just watch the machines; you lead your team to success every single day. From the moment you start your shift, you ensure everything runs like a well-oiled machine. You'll be coaching your colleagues, spotting any deviations in the process before they even happen, and making sure the delicious meals are top-quality. It's a responsible job where your technical skills and leadership really makes a difference!
Your main goals:

• Leading and coaching your enthusiastic team to reach the daily targets;
• Guiding the production process and ensuring a safe, hygienic environment (HACCP);
• Performing first-line maintenance to keep the line running smoothly;
• Thinking ahead by suggesting improvements for an even more efficient process.
