Who you are
To keep the cookie factory running smoothly, it is important that you meet the following requirements as a production worker:

• You're available to work in 2 or 3 shifts;
• You're available Monday to Friday;
• You speak Dutch or English;
• You can work in Oosterhout;
• You have your own transport;
• You're okay with removing jewelry or piercings during work;
• You don't mind being scheduled for reserve shifts.

What will you do
Ready for a job that smells like freshly baked cookies every day? 🍪 As a production worker at Merba, you start working at the packing department. Together with your colleagues, you pack all the cookies. Making sure every box is ready right on time. One box after another rolls down the line. A super active job! 💪

Got the packing part down? Great! Then it's time to grow. You can move on to other departments. Like mixing dough or operating machines. Every day you learn something new. One day you're adding chocolate chunks to the dough, the next you're keeping the machines running smoothly. Your job will stay varied for sure! 🚀

At Merba you'll work in 3 shifts:
🕕 06:00 - 14:00
🕑 14:00 - 22:00
🌙 22:00 - 06:00.

You're guaranteed 3 working days per week, plus 2 reserve shifts. If things get busy, you're called in for extra shifts. Perfect if you like a bit of flexibility!

Where will you work
At Merba, you'll join a close and loyal team. There's a true factory spirit here! People work hard, but there's always time for a good laugh! During your break, you can enjoy fresh sandwiches and warm soup. Just what you need after that hard work!
Also, you can grow. Both in salary and position! You'll start as a production worker, but can quickly move up and even earn certificates along the way.

The factory of Merba is located in Oosterhout. Close to Breda and Tilburg! Easy to reach by car, bike or scooter. 🚗🚲

What will you do
Get ready to work at cookie paradise! 🍪 As a production worker at Merba, you start at the packing department. Together with your team, you fix that every cookie is perfectly packed! From chocolate cookies to cranberry ones. They all pass by on the production line! Smells good, right? Make sure to taste a few of them! 😋

At Merba there’s always room to grow. Start the work and show what you’ve got! Once you’ve mastered the production work, you can grow into roles like line operator, machine operator or reachtruck driver. Hard work pays off here! 🔥

You'll work in 3 shifts: 6:00-14:00 hr, 14:00-22:00 hr, 22:00-06:00 hr. 🕒
At Merba they work with reserve shifts. If you are available 5 days a week, you'll get 2 reserve shifts and 3 guaranteed days of work.

You’ll work as a production worker at Merba in Oosterhout (NB). A cookie factory that smells like heaven! 🤩 Merba bakes and packs millions of cookies every day. They’re sold all over the world! Maybe you’ve spotted them in the supermarket already. 🕵️ You get to be part of the team that makes them!
