As a Production Employee, you'll be assigned to the Processing department. This is where you prepare the meat before it gets sliced. Your exact task? You'll ensure the meat pieces come together and that the correct blend of spices is added. Look at that—it already looks and smells delicious! In addition, setting up the machines is also part of your job. Hello, varied workdays! 👋 Besides the manual tasks, the meat pieces need to be transported from one production hall to another. As a Production Employee, you'll be working at Stegeman in Wijhe. Stegeman produces high-quality processed meats (vleeswaren) that bring happiness to thousands of people in the Netherlands every day! What will you do
As an all-round warehouse employee, you’ll take on a variety of tasks, including order picking, sorting, packing, and operating both the reach truck and forklift. You’ll start by working with a hand scanner in the order-picking loop, allowing you to get familiar with the products and company processes. From there, you’ll quickly be trained in other essential warehouse tasks to expand your skill set.
Your tasks will be diverse and flexible. When reach truck operations are minimal, you’ll assist with order collection on foot. As a reach truck operator, you’ll also be responsible for picking items directly from the racks, making it a dynamic role where you frequently switch between driving and manual tasks.
