Wat je gaat doen As a machine assembly technician, you will assemble modules and complete machines based on technical drawings and customer specifications. Together with experienced colleagues, you make sure machines are assembled according to planning, quality standards and safety requirements.
Your responsibilities include:

• Assembling modules and complete machines;

• Reading and working from technical drawings and work instructions;

• Testing, checking, adjusting and calibrating machines and components;

• Identifying and solving technical problems and deviations; Contributing ideas for improvements and working closely with other departments.

  Wat we je bieden - A gross monthly salary of €3,400 to €4,300, depending on experience;

• 27 vacation days and an ADV allowance;

  Functie-eisen We are looking for someone who enjoys building machines, solving technical problems and working as part of a team. You recognize yourself in the following: - MBO-level education or equivalent in a technical field;

• Experience in mechanical assembly, machine assembly or machine building is an advantage;

• Able to read and understand technical drawings;

• Strong technical insight, accuracy and a solution-oriented mindset;

• Preferably fluent in German, with a good command of English or Dutch.

As an Assembly Technician, you are responsible for accurately preparing, building, and assembling various components and complete systems on crop protection machinery or separate units. You will work meticulously using technical drawings. Then this opportunity at John Deere in Horst is definitely the right fit for you!

who are you
You are a proactive, precise craftsman who loves hands-on work. You have strong communication skills and feel right at home in a technical production environment. Furthermore, you have:

• a completed technical MBO (vocational) degree;
• more than 2 years of experience in a technical production environment;
• the ability to read technical drawings and proven knowledge of mechanics;
• fluency in Dutch, English, or German;
• immediate or short-term availability for a period of at least 6 months.

At the end of the process, you carry out thorough quality checks on the machines you have assembled. Furthermore, you will:

• prepare and assemble various components and installations based on orders and technical drawings;
• mount electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic parts and components onto the machines;
• thoroughly inspect the assembled machine or unit;
• strictly comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
