We zouden hem ook Installatie- en support specialist Binnenvaart kunnen noemen. Of IT & Data Specialist, of Technisch Coordinator, of IT Support Medewerker, of misschien wel Werkvoorbereider Technische Installaties. Gooi al deze functienamen in een blender, dan heb je deze functie. Spreekt dit je aan? Dan zou dit wel eens jouw nieuwe baan kunnen zijn.

Waar ga je werken?

Je nieuwe werkgever ontwikkelt innovatieve hard- en softwareoplossingen voor de binnenvaart. Wat ga je doen?

Met zoveel mogelijke functietitels (zie intro) is het ook een uitdaging om de functie te omschrijven. Of wordt het juist makkelijk? Hoe dan ook; het is een veelzijdige baan. Je komt te werken in het installatie- en supportteam, bestaande uit momenteel 4 collega's. Zij houden zich dagelijks bezig met het installatieproces van de hardware en de bijbehorende software, aan boord bij de klanten. Enerzijds ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met technische vragen over de systemen, anderzijds schakel jij met je collega installateurs over de juiste implementatie van deze systemen en spar je voortdurend met je directe collega's. Het is dus een coördinerende rol, maar wel met een IT-technische insteek. Samengevat moet je denken aan de volgende werkzaamheden:

• Eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij technische vragen, storingen en installaties
• Ondersteunen bij het oplossen van technische storingen
• Beheren van de voorraad en bestellen van materialen
• Zorgen dat installateurs over de juiste materialen beschikken
• Opstellen van installatietekeningen
• Afstemmen met installateurs over planning, voortgang en materialen
• Lokaliseren en verhelpen van eenvoudige storingen
• Uitvoeren van diverse administratieve werkzaamheden

Wat vragen we van jou?

De perfecte kandidaat is iemand die is opgegroeid in de binnenvaart en daarnaast beschikt over een berg aan installatietechnische ervaring. De perfecte kandidaat bestaat echter niet, dus dit laten we even los. Eigenlijk zijn er 2 mogelijkheden voor deze vacature: 1: iemand die uit de binnenvaart komt, hier veel kennis van heeft en daarnaast bijvoorbeeld vanuit game-hobby over een redelijke IT-kennis beschikt. 2: iemand die zichzelf op Data / IT gebied specialist kan noemen en deze kennis graag zou willen toepassen op de binnenvaart. Welke van de 2 ben jij?

De werktijden zijn van maandag t/m vrijdag tussen 08.00 en 18.00 uur. Hierbij werk je deels thuis en deels op kantoor. Elke derde vrijdag van de maand werk je met het hele team op kantoor voor een samenwerkdag.
