who are you
As an Assembly worker at Neways, you meet the following requirements:

• You are available to work full-time
• You are available to work in a 2-shift schedule
• You know how to solder or you're highly motivated to learn
• You can read technical drawings
• You read and understand English and/or Dutch fluently

what will you do
What will you do as an Assembly worker at Neways? You will work in a modern, clean environment, assembling, soldering, and checking our electronic products. You take full ownership of your product from A to Z:

• Component Assembly: Hand-assemble PCBs with the exact electronic parts needed.
• Prep & Pre-assembly: Precision cut, bend, and prep products for production.
• Soldering: Place boards into soldering molds, set up fixtures, and perform manual soldering.
• Quality Control: Quality comes first! Inspect and touch up solder joints to meet IPC standards, and run a final checklist.

You will be working at Neways' modern PCBA department at Science Park Eindhoven/Son. Neways is a thriving, international specialist in the electronics industry. You already have experience as an assembly mechanic and are ready for the next step.
Additionally:

• You can read technical drawings and work instructions;
• You have a good command of the Dutch or English language;
• You are looking for a job in a 2-shift system (06:00 – 14:15 & 14:15 – 22:30, except Fridays: 14:15 – 20:30).

what will you do
As a High-Tech assembly mechanic, you work at the highest level of precision engineering. You are responsible for assembling complex mechanical and electromechanical quality modules and High-Tech cabinets.

• Mechanical and electromechanical assembly from technical drawings;
• Quality control & inspection;
• Working precisely according to 5S principles within ESD-safe spaces and conditioned cleanrooms.
