• Als Health & Safety Advisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor het borgen van veiligheid binnen de grootste bouw- en infraprojecten van Schiphol. Je zorgt ervoor dat veiligheidskaders niet alleen worden vastgesteld, maar ook aantoonbaar worden toegepast tijdens ontwerp, voorbereiding, uitvoering en oplevering van projecten.
• Hoewel je dagelijks actief bent binnen Major Projects, maak je onderdeel uit van het vakteam Construction Management. Hier werk je samen met andere veiligheidsprofessionals aan het continu verbeteren van veiligheidsstandaarden, kennisdeling en best practices.

• vertalen van Schiphol-brede veiligheidskaders naar uniforme werkwijzen voor Major Projects.
• adviseren van Projectdirecteuren, Project Managers en projectteams.
• borgen van veiligheid in projectbesluiten, ontwerpkeuzes en faseovergangen.
• toetsen van veiligheidsplannen, risicoanalyses en beheersmaatregelen.
• uitvoeren van veiligheidsrondes, audits en inspecties.
• versterken van veiligheidsbewustzijn binnen projectteams.
• rapporteren over veiligheidsrisico's en prestaties.

Je opereert binnen een portfolio van complexe bouw- en infraprojecten binnen Major Projects. Vanuit jouw rol vertegenwoordig je de veiligheidsdiscipline binnen projectteams en fungeer je als verbindende schakel tussen de projecten en de vakgroep Construction Management.
