Overview

As Global IHQ Business Controller, you act as the financial business partner to Central Function teams (HQ) and are financially responsible for P&L below GP, balance sheet, and operating working capital, with a specific focus on IT. You collaborate across functions (Marketing, HR, Facilities, R&D, Supply Chain) to optimize costs and drive performance. You will lead month-end closing, planning, and cross-functional projects, shaping financial insights for strategic decisions. You join a diverse, collaborative team that supports growth and value creation.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Perform month-end close and deliver on-time, accurate financial reporting for P&L, Balance Sheet and Operating Working Capital.
• Ensure timely management reports for internal and external stakeholders and drive compliance with cost management, PO, and analytics tooling.
• Lead the annual operating plan process and monthly forecast with IT budget owners and other departments when needed.
• Act as business partner to budget owners, driving process improvements and cost-saving opportunities in coordination with Vendor Management.
• Manage balance sheet in line with accounting guidelines and corporate policies, in collaboration with the financial controlling team.
• Interpret and apply corporate Finance instructions to ensure policy compliance.
• Participate in or lead cross-functional, local and international projects and align with other controllers to ensure cross-functional coherence.

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 8-10 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in IT-related control roles

• Strong analytical skills and experience in financial and non-financial modelling

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

• Experience with stakeholder management

• Strong business acumen (commercial mindset)
