As a warehouse employee, you're responsible for unloading cargo that arrives in the evening/night. This cargo consists partly of packaging and partly of products. You're also responsible for checking the carts assembled during the day. You'll place these in the correct order for the docks and check for the correct products/labels for each customer. You may also need to modify some of these orders, such as adding or swapping products. The work can be physically demanding, and you'll constantly be working in the refrigerator at 2 degrees Celsius. You may occasionally have to work in the freezer, where the temperature is -18 degrees Celsius. Bidfood will provide you with appropriate clothing for the freezer. The work takes place late in the evening and at night, with an average end time of 4:00 AM. During busy periods, this can extend to 5:00 AM. You'll receive the necessary allowances, which are explained in more detail in the job description.
