Als Consultant Office verbind je talent aan uitdagende kantoorfuncties binnen de techniek- en bouwsector. Je werft en bemiddelt kandidaten voor rollen binnen onder andere HR, finance, sales, marketing, administratie en planning. Je bouwt actief aan je netwerk van kandidaten en opdrachtgevers, signaleert kansen in de markt en brengt de juiste professionals in contact met de juiste organisaties. Verder bestaan jouw werkzaamheden uit;

• Opbouwen, onderhouden en versterken van duurzame relaties met klanten en kandidaten;
• Werven, selecteren en spreken van kandidaten via onder andere LinkedIn, jobboards en jouw eigen netwerk;
• Schrijven, publiceren en optimaliseren van vacatureteksten om de juiste doelgroep te bereiken;
• Begeleiden van kandidaten gedurende het gehele recruitmentproces, van intake tot plaatsing;
• Matchen van kandidaten aan vacatures en adviseren van opdrachtgevers over passende profielen;
• Plannen en uitvoeren van klant-, project- en relatiebezoeken;
• Voeren van contract-, tarief- en arbeidsvoorwaardengesprekken;
• Actief benaderen van potentiële opdrachtgevers en verder uitbouwen van jouw klantenportefeuille;
• Realiseren van succesvolle plaatsingen en bijdragen aan de groei van jouw marktgebied.

Jij bent commercieel ingesteld, enthousiast en krijgt energie van het contact met zowel kandidaten als opdrachtgevers. Je legt makkelijk nieuwe contacten, bouwt graag aan sterke relaties en weet kansen om te zetten in concrete resultaten. Daarbij verlies je de kwaliteit van de match nooit uit het oog en weet je kandidaten en opdrachtgevers op de juiste manier aan elkaar te verbinden. Verder beschik je over:

• Afgeronde Hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een commerciële richting;
• Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke rol;
• Je bent 40 uur in de week beschikbaar;
• Jij beschikt over een rijbewijs B;
• Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.

As a consultant, you have a varied role with plenty of freedom and responsibility. You work in changing client teams for multinationals (ITS), financial institutions (FS) and family-owned and private businesses (MMPS). You advise (listed) international companies on complex tax matters, think along with financial institutions on interest and transaction structures, and support family businesses with their growth ambitions and succession planning.

• Advise clients on transfer pricing and support them with the implementation, in collaboration with other PwC teams;
• Perform quantitative and legal analyses to substantiate your advice, for example on restructurings and transfers of intellectual property;
• Conduct interviews with clients about their earnings, operational and organisational models;
• Draft memos and reports in which you document your analyses and the applied transfer pricing methodology;
• Stay up to date on international developments and share these during technical team meetings.

Als Senior Consultant ben jij een ervaren gesprekspartner voor zowel opdrachtgevers als professionals. Je beheert jouw eigen klantenportefeuille, haalt nieuwe opdrachtgevers binnen en bouwt bestaande relaties verder uit.
