Jij zorgt ervoor dat de productielijnen optimaal blijven functioneren en grijpt in zodra er een storing of afwijking ontstaat. Met jouw nauwkeurige manier van werken houd je kwaliteit, veiligheid en een efficiënt proces continu in de gaten.Dit zijn jouw belangrijkste taken:

• Productiemachines bedienen, controleren en instellen volgens de juiste specificaties.
• Machines en productielijnen ombouwen wanneer er van product wordt gewisseld.
• Kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden uitvoeren en technische storingen zo snel mogelijk oplossen.
• Het productieproces en de kwaliteit van de eindproducten nauwlettend controleren.
• Voedingsmiddelen zorgvuldig verpakken volgens de vastgestelde kwaliteits- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
• Afwijkingen en eventuele knelpunten signaleren en tijdig doorgeven aan de leidinggevende.
• De productieruimte netjes, schoon en veilig houden.

Functievereisten:
Voor deze rol zijn we op zoek naar een praktische en gemotiveerde allround operator die graag nieuwe kennis opdoet. Ervaring binnen de productie of techniek is een pluspunt, maar jouw inzet en bereidheid om te leren vinden we minstens zo belangrijk. Verder herken jij jezelf in het volgende:

• Je hebt werkervaring als operator of binnen een vergelijkbare technische functie.
• Je hebt een mbo-diploma, bij voorkeur in een technische richting.
• Je bent bereid om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen via trainingen en cursussen.
• Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid, werkt zelfstandig en denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen.
• Je werkt zorgvuldig en hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.

wie ben jij
Je hoeft nog geen ervaren operator te zijn, jouw instelling is veel belangrijker! We zoeken iemand met een flinke dosis leergierigheid. Verder:

• Heb je al wat ervaring als productiemedewerker en ben je klaar voor de volgende stap;
• Heb je interesse in techniek (misschien sleutel je in je vrije tijd graag aan dingen, of ben je gewoon heel handig);
• Heb je (bijna) een mbo-diploma of wil je via ons je VAPRO/Operator papieren halen;
• Werk je super nauwkeurig: je snapt dat veiligheid en hygiëne bij babyvoeding op nummer één staan;
• Vind je het geen probleem om in een 5-ploegenrooster te werken (wat betekent dat je lekker veel vrije tijd overhoudt!).

wat ga je doen
Als aankomend Operator op de verpakkingsafdeling zorgen we er samen voor dat jij de machines helemaal leert kennen. Waar je misschien nu nog voornamelijk aan de lijn staat, ga je straks de lijnen zélf besturen. Het is een prachtig proces waarbij hygiëne en veiligheid superbelangrijk zijn. Stap voor stap leer je:

• Hoe je de verpakkingsmachines zelfstandig bedient en draaiende houdt;
• Het uitvoeren van belangrijke kwaliteitscontroles en codechecks;
• Storingen herkennen én zelf oplossen (en natuurlijk wanneer je de technische dienst moet inschakelen);
• Hoe je de productie netjes en overzichtelijk in de systemen bijhoudt;
• Meedenken over verbeteringen: jouw ideeën vanaf de werkvloer zijn goud waard!

wat ga je doen
Als Operator op de verpakkingsafdeling zorg jij ervoor dat de producten veilig en netjes worden verpakt. Je werkt met geavanceerde machines en omdat je voeding voor baby's maakt, is hygiëne en veiligheid superbelangrijk. Geen dag is hetzelfde! Je taken zien er ongeveer zo uit:

• Je bedient de verpakkingsmachines en houdt de boel goed in de gaten;
• Je voert kwaliteitscontroles en codechecks uit;
• Loopt er iets niet helemaal lekker? Dan los je het op of schakel je met je supervisor of de technische dienst;
• Je draagt je werk netjes over aan de volgende ploeg tijdens jullie dagelijkse overleg;
• Je denkt graag mee: hoe kunnen we ons werk nog beter en slimmer doen?
