Als host bij Beeld & Geluid moet jij gastvrijheid ademen.. of nee: zingen ;-) Jij vindt het belangrijk dat elke bezoeker van de Top 2000 gastvrij wordt ontvangen.

Wij hoeven jou niet uit te leggen wat het belang is van flexibiliteit. Omdat de Top 2000 24 uur per dag is, is het van groot belang dat je flexibel inzetbaar bent. Er zijn per dag 3 shifts (ochtend-, middag- en nachtdienst), namelijk:

- Ochtenddienst: 7.15 - 15.45 uur
- Middagdienst: 15.15 - 23.45 uur
- Nachtdienst: 23.15 - 7.45 uur

De Top 2000 start op woensdag 24 december om 22.00 uur en sluit op dinsdag 31 december (dus eigenlijk woensdag 1 januari) om ongeveer 01.00 uur.

• Jij bent beschikbaar om deze week minimaal 2 tot 3 diensten te werken, waarvan minimaal 1 (bij voorkeur 2) kerstdagen. Is dit niet helemaal jouw ding? Weet dan dat er feestdag- en avond-/ nachttoeslagen zijn! Precies, dat maakt het behoorlijk gunstig

Als host ontvang jij alle bezoekers voor de Top 2000. Enne.. dat zijn er behoorlijk wat! Namelijk 150 bezoekers per uur. Aan het einde van de week zijn er dus ruim 25.000 (!!!) bezoekers geweest. Hoe gaaf is het dat jij direct invloed hebt op de beleving van deze bezoekers?! Dit doe jij natuurlijk niet alleen. Per shift (ochtend-, middag- of nachtdienst) werk jij met 3 andere collega's.

• End-to-End Ownership: You coordinate and monitor the complete process, from order entry to successful delivery to the customer.
• Single Point of Contact: You are the 'go-to' person for all your stakeholders (both internal teams and external partners). You ensure clear and streamlined communication.
• Collaboration: You work closely with other departments (such as sales, logistics, and finance) to ensure success. You solve complex issues and process exceptions and ensure everyone is aligned.

You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).

Geen dag is hetzelfde als catering medewerker bij Defensie. Bij aankomst op de kazerne start je de dag met je team. Samen bespreken jullie wat er moet gebeuren. Ervaring in hospitality is noodzakelijk. De werktjden liggen tussen 7.00 uur en 22.00 uur. De meeste diensten zijn echter overdag en doordeweeks. De werkzaamheden zijn o.a. :

• Broodjes en salades bereiden met jouw eigen creatieve twist
• De koelingen netjes houden en zorgen dat alles er tiptop uitziet

Als catering medewerker ga jij starten op een defensie locatie. Dit kan zijn in Utrecht, Soesterberg , Huis ter Heide, Leusden, Amersfoort of Hilversum. Dagelijks zorgen meer dan 900 medewerkers van Paresto ervoor dat alle defensiecollega’s lekker en goed kunnen eten op zo’n 75 kazernes. Heb jij werkervaring met koken en lijkt het jou wat om eten te maken voor o.a. militairen? Bij de defensie hebben wij op verschillende locaties in provincie Noord-Holland en Utrecht opties voor jou! Je werkt met name doordeweeks en overdag. Soms werk je op verschillende locaties en soms werk je structureel op 1 vaste locatie. Jij kunt bij ons aangeven welke dagen je beschikbaar bent en wij plannen je in. Dit kan zijn als hulpkok of zelfstandig werkend kok.

• Defensie CAO €17,69 - €21,35

Als kok kun je volgens recepten werken. Omdat je mogelijk op verschillende kazernes werkt is het van belang dat je flexibel bent. Je weet hoe het is om grote hoeveelheden te koken tijdens piekuren.

• Werkervaring met koken,
• Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal,
• Eigen vervoer (auto) is voor de meeste locaties belangrijk,
• Je kunt een VOG aanvragen.

Samen met de chef-kok ben je verantwoordelijk voor het koken van maaltijden voor o.a. militairen. Ze werken hier met weekmenu's. En zijn ook bezig met gezonde voeding. Je maakt o.a. broodjes, salades, snacks, soepen en warme maaltijden.

• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de mise en place,
• Je verrast je gasten dagelijks met ontbijt, lunch of avondeten. Dit kunnen koude en warme gerechten,
• Controleren van de hygiëne van de keuken en de kwaliteit en versheid van ingrediënten.

Wij werken samen met verschillende kazernes provincie Noord-Holland en Utrecht. Hier komen o.a. militairen en leerlingen ontbijten en lunchen. Er worden soms 100 - 500 mensen per dag voorzien van maaltijden. Dit doe je niet alleen, je werkt uiteraard samen met een leuk en hardwerkend team.

• De locaties zijn grote terreinen met vaak ook meerdere gebouwen en restaurants,
• Elke locatie is anders en dat houd je werk uitdagend,
• De werktijden verschillen per locatie. Soms kan dit al om 5.30 uur starten zijn en soms start je pas om 10.00 uur,
• Locaties in provincie Noord-Holland en Utrecht waar er o.a. kazernes zijn: Amsterdam, Badhoeverdorp, Hilversum, Soesterberg en Amersfoort.

Dit is een functie voor 24-32 uur per week waarbij je direct kan starten. Je zult starten op uitzendbasis maar bij een goede match neemt het bedrijf je graag zelf in dienst!

Voor deze allround functie als Medewerker Business Support zoeken we een enthousiaste

• Je hebt een administratieve opleiding op minimaal MBO4 niveau (bij voorkeur administratief/secretarieel) afgerond;
• Goede kennis van SAP en Microsoft Office;
