Als receptioniste ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle bezoekers. Naast ontvangst houd je je bezig met telefonie en lichte administratieve werkzaamheden.
Ook heb je een belangrijke taak in de veiligheidsprocedure. Alle bezoekers kijken een veiligheidsfilmpje. Verder bedien je de slagboom en behandel je telefoontjes. Het is een redelijk drukke locatie.

• De functie is op oproepbasis. Je wordt ingezet bij ziekte- en vakantievervanging.
• Als je meer uren wil werken, kunnen we je in de rol van receptioniste ook extra flexibel inzetten bij bedrijven in de regio Eindhoven.

Bij de productielocatie van een bedrijf in Herkenbosch. Er komen hier veel chauffeurs.

Het is belangrijk te weten dat de functie echt op oproepbasis is. We kunnen geen minimaal aantal uren per week garanderen.

• Deze locatie is niet goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. Het is dus belangrijk dat je over eigen vervoer beschikt.
