What will you do?
As an operator, you are responsible for a smooth production process. You make sure the machines are set correctly and that problems are solved quickly. You work closely with your team and guide colleagues when needed.

Your tasks will include:

• Setting up and starting production lines
• Monitoring the production process and product quality
• Solving small machine problems or calling the technical service
• Arranging the supply of raw materials
• Performing quality checks and HACCP registrations
• Supervising production workers on your line

Waar ga je werken?

You will work at an international company in the food industry with several locations in the Netherlands. Every day they produce fresh products using more than 100 recipes across 20 production lines.
There is a strong focus on hygiene, teamwork, and a pleasant working atmosphere. Personal guidance and opportunities to grow within the company are very important.

This is a full-time job from Monday to Friday. During the training period you will work in the day shift. After that, you will work in a 2-shift system from 06:00 – 15:00 and 15:00 – 00:00

Wie ben je?

As an operator:

• You have experience as an operator or in production
• You have a good level of Dutch or English
• You live in the region of Eindhoven, Helmond, Weert, Veldhoven, Deurne or Venray

Wat mag je verwachten?

Besides a full-time job of 40 hours per week, stable work and the chance of a permanent contract, you can expect:

• Salary starting from €14.71 gross per hour (depending on experience and age)

Wat ga je doen?

Als productiemedewerker speel je een cruciale rol in het afwerken van producten, zodat klanten een perfect op maat gemaakt eindproduct ontvangen. Je werkt met productiebonnen die je precies vertellen welke bewerkingen nodig zijn. Het instellen van de PLC-gestuurde machines en het bewaken van het proces zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheid. Bij storingen los je deze op of schakel je de technische dienst in. Daarnaast voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit op het eindproduct.

Een typische werkdag begint om 07.30 uur en eindigt om 16.00 uur. Bij drukte schakelen ze over naar twee ploegen. Je start de dag met het controleren van de productiebonnen en het voorbereiden van de machines. Tijdens de dag werk je nauw samen met je team van vijf collega's en een ervaren voorman die je begeleidt. Je hebt de mogelijkheid om diverse machines en lijnen te leren kennen, wat bijdraagt aan je ontwikkeling tot allrounder.

Waar ga je werken?

Je komt te werken bij een dynamisch en groeiend bedrijf in Someren dat producten ontwerpt en produceert voor de bouwsector. Het bedrijf heeft meerdere vestigingen in Nederland en beschikt over een eigen productieafdeling. Op de afwerkingsafdeling waar je aan de slag gaat, worden unieke werkzaamheden uitgevoerd die nergens anders binnen het bedrijf plaatsvinden. Dit is het laatste station voordat de producten naar de klant worden verzonden. Het team waarin je werkt is klein en hecht, wat zorgt voor een prettige werksfeer.

Wie ben je?

Als productiemedewerker:

• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
• Woonachtig in de regio Someren, Peel en Maas, Veldhoven, Weert, Helmond of Eindhoven
• Leergierig en bereid om verschillende machines en lijnen te leren bedienen

Wat mag je verwachten?

• Salaris tussen € 2.800,00 en € 3.000,00 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring
• Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,21 per kilometer vanaf 10 km
• 25 vakantiedagen en 8,33% vakantiegeld

Wie ben je?

Voor deze functie zoeken we mensen die graag aanpakken en oog hebben voor detail. Je hebt:

• Aantoonbare ervaring in techniek of bouw.
• Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een positieve instelling.
• Basiskennis van computers en technische tekeningen.
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.

Ervaring met natuursteen is niet nodig. Onze opdrachtgever leert je alles wat je moet weten!

Wat mag je verwachten?

• Een bruto uurloon van €15 - €17,50 afhankelijk van ervaring.
• Een fulltime baan van 7,5 uur per dag met 45 minuten pauze.
• Ieder jaar in juni ontvang je 8,33% vakantiegeld.
• 25 vakantiedagen op basis van een fulltime (40-urige) werkweek.
• Je start met werken via Olympia middels een uitzendcontract Fase A. Bij goed functioneren bestaat de kans op een contract bij onze opdrachtgever.
• Na 8 gewerkte weken start je met het opbouwen van pension. Bouw je nu al pensioen op bij een ander uitzendbureau dan regelen we uiteraard dat de opbouw direct doorgaat.

As a woodworker, you will be working at a modern and stable high-tech company in Eindhoven.
