Wat ga je doen
Maak met jouw handen het verschil met het draaien van verschillende maten kabels. Als machine operator op de afdeling Kabel ben je verantwoordelijk voor de nauwkeurige maatvoering en verwerking van onze technische kabels. Je staat aan de machine en zorgt voor een feilloze afhandeling van de orders. Je bedient de apparatuur om de juiste kabel haspels te ontvangen en te positioneren. wat ga je doen
Als Quality Operator koffieautomaten ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud van de koffieautomaten volgens de contractafspraken en kwaliteitseisen van Jacobs Douwe Egberts. Dit omvat de vervanging en reiniging van wisselsets en grote reinigingsbeurten, naast eenvoudige verzorgingsactiviteiten.

Daarnaast los je kleine storingen op, beheer je het magazijn, controleer je de voorraad en bestel je ingrediënten. Je checkt de tellerstanden en zorgt voor preventief onderhoud van de machines. Ook toets je de kwaliteit van de koffieautomaten, waarbij je streeft naar een hoog niveau van hygiëne en voedselveiligheid.

• Grote onderhoudsbeurt: wisselsets vervangen en reinigen, ingrediënten aanvullen, en de koffieautomaat spoelen;
• Magazijnbeheer: zorgen voor optimale voorraad;
• Voorraadopname: product voorraden tellen en invoeren in een app;
• Tellerstandopname: maandelijks de tellerstand van de machine opnemen;
• Eerstelijns service: uitgevoerd door een externe partij;
• Waterfilters: vervangen en eenvoudig onderhoud van de koffieautomaten.

who are you
As an operator at Solina, you must meet the following requirements:

• You are available full-time for the 3-shift rotation
• You have your own transport to get to Nieuw-Vennep
• You speak either Dutch or English
• You can read and understand Dutch text
• You have at least 2 years of experience in machine operation

what will you do
As an operator, you are responsible for ensuring the production process runs smoothly. Initially, you will focus mainly on the 'Cooking & Mixing' department, where the foundation for the sauces and marinades is laid. You will operate the machines independently and intervene when necessary.

The fixed working hours in the 3-shift rotation are from 06:00 to 15:00, from 14:00 to 23:00, or from 22:00 to 07:00. On top of your basic hourly wage, you will receive a 25% shift allowance for the hours worked between 18:00 and 00:00. Working between 00:00 and 06:00? Then you will benefit from an extra allowance of 50% per hour! This will significantly boost your monthly salary.

• Setting up, starting, and monitoring the production lines
