Who you are
For the role of Warehouse Manager, it is important that you meet the following requirements:

• You are willing to work in Tholen
• You speak English
• You are available full-time
• You work in the day shift
• You have a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a warehouse environment or 3PL environment
• You have an MBO-4 or HBO work and thinking level
• You have experience with WMS systems
• You have experience working with operational KPIs

What will you do
As a Warehouse Manager, you are the driving force on the shop floor! You are responsible for the entire flow of goods: from intake to shipping products for one of the largest clients. You directly manage 2 supervisors and 6 team leads, ensuring everyone starts their day with a big smile!

You analyze figures, achieve agreed targets (KPIs), and implement smart process improvements. You also take time for your people: holding great progress meetings and helping your team grow. A dynamic and varied full-time position in the day shift where every day brings exciting new energy!

What will you do
As a Customer Service Representative, you start your day with a cup of coffee. And a chat with your colleagues. Then, you dive right in and start tackling customer inquiries. You make sure everything runs like clockwork! As the primary point of contact, you help customers via email, phone, and chat. You deal with orders, resolve complaints, and brainstorm ways to make our processes even better. Your job satisfaction? That comes from interacting with people and solving complex puzzles. Youre the "voice of the company" for international clients via phone and mail.

• Turning complex orders into smooth deliveries;
